Twin Sphere Rubber Flexible Connectors employs a tripartite sealing system: an outer layer of EPDM rubber for primary containment, a middle PTFE-coated layer for chemical inertness, and an inner compound-optimized rubber layer tailored to specific media (acids, alkalis, oils). The dual-sphere's undulating contact surfaces ensure uniform sealing pressure during compression or extension, suitable for temperature ranges from -40°C to 200°C. It excels in petrochemical applications with aggressive fluid compositions.

Performance characteristics
1. Two independent rubber spheres are connected by an intermediate reinforcement layer to form a tandem structure, which significantly improves the displacement compensation ability;
2. Built-in multi-layer nylon cord/wire ring reinforcement provides radial compression support and prevents over-expansion of the ball;
3. Carbon steel/stainless steel flanges (ANSI/DIN/JIS standard) are standard, and welded/bolted connection methods are supported.
