Double convoluted air spring is a sealed container filled with compressed gas, utilizing the compressibility of the gas to achieve its spring effect. The stiffness of this spring is variable because as the load acting on the spring increases, the quantitative gas pressure inside the container rises, and the stiffness of the spring increases. On the contrary, when the load decreases, the air pressure inside the spring decreases and the stiffness decreases, so it has more ideal elastic characteristics.
