Flange Welding Quality

As for iron plate welding flanges, many customers question whether the quality of iron plate welding flanges is better than forged welding flanges. In fact, the quality of iron plate welding flanges is the same as that of forged welding flanges, but what is not guaranteed about iron plate welding flanges? That is, the material of iron plate welding flanges is the least guaranteed, because in the general process, the density of iron plate welding flanges is not a problem, but in the production process, the blanks of iron plate welding flanges are rarely tested, so the material of iron plate welding flanges that have not been tested after production cannot be guaranteed.
